Whether you’re a seasoned expert or just starting out\, your perspective is truly valued. \nEvening Topic: “Self-Awareness in Project Management: How understanding yourself improves leadership\, communication and decision-making.” \nIn project management we often focus on tools\, methods\, and frameworks — the practical foundation of how we plan and deliver projects. Over time\, communication and people management become just as important: we learn to work with different personalities\, build trust\, and navigate complex team and stakeholder dynamics. \nAt some point\, however\, it becomes clear that external tools and understanding others are not enough on their own.
